Social Media Manager

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the social media strategy
- Set kpi’s and targets and make sure they’re met every month
- Manage the team on planning and executing our social media content, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, our blog & others
- Monitor customer service inquiries via all social channels and work hand-in-hand with our customer service team to make sure the process goes smoothly
- Live and breathe our brand voice and style guides, and continue to develop them through content and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with our creative and merchandising teams for rapid and seamless execution
- Collaborate closely with our E-commerce team to further optimize content and social commerce
- Conduct regular and thorough analyses of content and campaigns
- Compile monthly reports summarizing performance for the marketing team
- Managing a small team
- Brief and review the social media agency proposals
- Expand our external and (set up our) internal ambassadors program
- Experiment and study new channels like snapchat
- Develop social media in new countries and guide the local coordinators
What will be expected from you?
- 5 years or more of business experience; at least two years of experience in social media marketing at an agency or on the internal team of a respected brand. Fashion and/or e-commerce experience strongly preferred
- The ability to effectively manage timelines
- Performance management of a small team
- Experience leveraging analytics to draw conclusions and influence existing and future content plans
- Superb communication skills and ability to create strong relationships across functions
- Quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, stress-tolerant, problem-solver.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics including engagement rates, cost per order, ROI, etc
- Advanced Excel required. Google Analytics strongly preferred.
- Have prior experience in digital and/or community activations at leading consumer centric companies
- Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form
- Have interpersonal skills
- Be able to coordinate with other functions, departments, external stakeholders effectively.
- Fully fluent in English a necessity. Dutch or German a bonus.
